Congrats on such a cute kitty! Z's cat is also FIV+. A word of caution--visitors to the house who have cats or have been around cats recently should wash their hands very well before touching Lea to avoid transferring microbes (and bringing on the dreaded secondary infection). Having people wash their hands before going home to their cats is also smart.
In addition, outdoor time is okay if the cat doesn't come into contact with other cats. When the weather improves Z is planning to set up his porch so that Keta can't escape but can go out to snooze in the sun. I don't know if you could keep Lea in your yard or train her on a leash, but a little outdoor time might help her transition to being an indoor cat.
