notes for Diffusion of Innovations, chapters 3 and 4

If only these summaries weren't so time-consuming! I'll get around to summarizing the rest of the book sometime. Of these, I found chapter 3 particularly interesting, and very inspiring - after reading it, I wanted to go out and do diffusion research!
