surveys and news

Oh, I've also finished version 0.1 of a simple online survey creation tool, after finding no viable alternative out there now. It's not complicated, but I'm pretty proud of it anyway. It'll be going up on my scripts page soon.

In the news, San Francisco may be going wireless (but faces possible legal action from private providers), HP is developing a camera jammer, there's a possible antidote to paralysis, and many people's English skills are deplorable. (The latter isn't really news, but given the growing use of textual correspondence, it's becoming more of a problem.)

EDIT: I'm trying to think of a good name for my survey tool. David suggested "Mercator," but I think that's already taken by quite a few different products. Any ideas?
