Yay for blackout curtains! I put up blackout shades in my place, too, but apparently I did it wrong, because light seeps around the edges and still wakes me up. Also, speaking of noise, I think I just got a new neighbour and last night for the first time I heard ppl having sex on a creaky bed through my wall. Luckily, it didn't go on for too long, but it was at 3 am (I was up, reading lj entries anyway). I hope this isn't going to be a regular thing...
